Dr. Harry Ohlson, with his wife Linda, founded Soaring Eagles Christian Academy in the spring of 2003. He has a B.A. in Biology and Secondary Education from John Brown University, a M.A. in School Administration from Maranatha Baptist Bible College, where he taught for 7 years, and a Doctorate of Religious Education from Covington Theological Seminary. Harry has 27 years of teaching experience in public and private schools, sixteen years experience in school administration and 11 years experience as a day care administrator. Dr. Harry Ohlson is the president of the board, director of the day care and principal of the academy. He also teaches most of the middle and high school classes. In his free time, Harry enjoys gardening, hunting, fishing and looking for antiques. You might also find him engrossed in a good book or computer game.

Dr. Linda Ohlson has over 30 years of experience teaching in elementary, secondary and graduate level classrooms and over 10 years experience as an assistant administrator. In 2003, she received a Doctorate of Religious Education from Covington Theological Seminary, writing her thesis on "Significant Factors Affecting Student Learning." Linda also holds a M.A. in School Administration from Maranatha Baptist Bible College, where she also taught for 7 years, and a B.S. Degree from John Brown University in Home Economics. At SECA, Dr. Linda Ohlson is the office manager for the academy; serves as secretary-treasurer of the board; teaches 5th - 12th grade Bible Class and helps supervise and teach the middle and high school students. When not at SECA, Linda enjoys spending time with her 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren.

Miss Kimberly Fowler has worked for SECA since 2006 while completing her college studies. After her graduation from Southern Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2008, Kimberly taught in the Day Care. Since 2010, she has been teaching in the lower elementary grades. Miss Fowler is certified as a Highly Qualified (HQ) teacher with the state of South Carolina.

When not teaching at SECA, Kimberly enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, singing, and church activities. She is a member of Forestville Baptist Church.  In 2013 Kimberly looks forward to marrying her fiancé and following God in a new chapter in her life.

Mrs. Susan Dickerson loves serving the Lord while teaching children, which she has done for over 15 years. She has been with SECA since 2010. Mrs. Dickerson is an active member at Choice Hills Baptist Church where she is Church Hostess, Junior Church Teacher and sings in the choir. Her life experience includes serving as a missionary for 8 years in Nicaragua. In her spare time, Susan likes to crochet, read, do puzzles, maintain her Spanish fluency and spend time with her husband Bill and daughters Nikki and Caitlyn.
