SECA Day Care Enrollment

The following information is taken from the Soaring Eagles Christian Academy Daycare Policies and Procedures Handbook. For complete information reguarding day care enrollment, fees and policies, please consult your copy of the handbook or obtain one from the office.

Soaring Eagles Christian Academy and Day Care admits students of any race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the school and day care.  It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic or other school administered programs.

Fees Print

Full Time / All Day:
6 weeks – 2 yr.  $105.00 per week w/2 snacks per day and lunch provided.  Parent provides any other food (breakfast)
3 yr. – 4 yr.         $95.00 per week w/2 snacks per day and lunch provided.  Parent provides any other food (breakfast)  
There is a $10 discount for the second and third full time child.

Early Stay (6:00 AM – 7:45 AM):
Children enrolled in SECA: $2.00 per day    
Children from other schools: $10.00 per week

After School Care (2:30 PM – 6:00 PM):
Children enrolled in SECA (10 month school rate):
$1.00 per day       If picked up by 3:30 PM         
$4.00 per day       If picked up by 4:00 PM
$6.00 per day       4:01 – 6:00 PM

Children from other schools:
Non-refundable Registration:  $25.00
($50.00 if  for vacation weeks too)
$49.00 per Child         

Registration Fee
A yearly $50.00 registration fee for each child in Day Care must be paid and a $25.00 registration fee for After School Care each time he/she drops and re-enters.  (SECA students only pay the $25.00 fee if they enroll in Summer Camp).

 
Financial Policy Print

A Financial and Attendance Policy sheet should be received and signed by the parent at the time of registration. A non-refundable registration fee is required when a child enrolls in the day care program.  In the event a child drops and re-enters, an additional fee will be charged.

Payments:

Payments are due no later than 6:00 p.m. Monday (or the first day the child is present at the day care) for services rendered that week.  (This also includes payments from parents on the ABC Voucher program who are responsible for a co-pay and/or and overage payment).  Payments received after that time will be assessed a $10.00 late charge.  Should the fee become delinquent by one week, immediate withdrawal of the child could be requested until the balance is paid in full.   Advanced payment for more than one week may be made at any time. Advanced payment for more than one week may be made at any time.  Any child attending 3 or more days per week is considered “full time” and the full weekly charge is required.  There will be no “drop in” children allowed in the day care program.

Past Due Accounts:

Account balances are not to exceed the weekly rate at any time.  On the following Monday, if payment is not made for the past due amount – including the late fee, the child will be placed on suspension for two weeks.  During the period of suspension all accounts must be paid in full.  Children are not allowed to attend while the account has a suspension status, however, he/she may return once the account is paid in full if an opening is still available.  The weekly rate plus a $10.00 late fee will be charged for each of the suspension weeks to hold the child’s place.  After two weeks any child with an account still unpaid will be dropped from the day care.  Accounts need to be cleared within thirty days.  All past due accounts are subject to being turned over to a collection agency and the credit bureau.

Returned Checks:

An automatic charge of $35.00 will be made for any returned check.  After the second returned check in six months, all payments must be made in cash.  All returned checks should be handled through the SECA office, not your child’s teacher nor the teacher in charge when you drop off or pick up your child.  All returned checks must be cleared before the next week that your child is scheduled to attend the day care.  If the returned check causes your weekly day care payment to be late, then an additional $10.00 will be added as a late fee, for a total charge of $45.00. 

Notice of Termination of Enrollment:
A two weeks notice is requested for termination of enrollment.
